So what is 'We Love Bonita?'
'We Love Bonita' is a church-wide teaching and outreach emphasis built around one central question: What does it really look like to love like Jesus? Over several weeks, we will walk through a focused teaching series that asks and answers the questions Why Do I Love? Who Do I Love? How Do I Love? and What Is the Evidence of Love? Each message is designed to move us beyond words and intentions, grounding our love in the gospel and calling us to live out a Christ-centered love that is sacrificial, visible, and transformative.
This campaign is not just about learning—it’s about living. Alongside the preaching series, our church will engage in servant evangelism events, hands-on community outreach, and practical evangelism training that equips every believer to share their faith with clarity and compassion. On Palm Sunday, we will unite around the challenge How Are We Going to Love?, committing ourselves to intentional, ongoing action that reflects the heart of Christ in our neighborhoods, workplaces, schools, and homes.
Our prayer is that 'We Love Bonita' will lead to real transformation—deepening our love for God, strengthening our unity as a church family, and making a tangible difference in our community. As we love with purpose and obedience, we trust God to change lives, open hearts to the gospel, and use our church as a visible expression of His grace and truth.

New Life Church WAVES Project
Sunday, March 22nd @ 3:00 PM
New Life Church has a mission “To make disciples of Jesus Christ in Bonita and Beyond.” One of the ways we live out our WAVES values is through WAVES Projects—intentional opportunities to step outside our church walls and into our community with the love of Christ. These projects are simple, joyful acts of servant evangelism where we meet practical needs, offer encouragement, and share kindness with no strings attached. Whether it’s paying for a meal, helping with yard work, giving out water, or offering a listening ear, our goal is to reflect the heart of Jesus in everyday moments.
Each WAVES Project creates natural, Spirit-led opportunities to engage our city with the gospel message. As we serve, we’re ready to explain why we love—because Christ first loved us. These conversations are not forced or scripted, but genuine and relational, allowing God to work through compassion, generosity, and authenticity. We believe small acts of kindness can open big doors for eternal impact.
Everyone can participate—families, individuals, small groups, and first-time volunteers. You don’t need special training or a perfect testimony—just a willing heart. Join us on Sunday, March 22nd @ 3:00 PM as we bless our city, build relationships, and boldly live out our faith by loving people where they are. We will meet in the church parking lot. This is how we turn WAVES of kindness into WAVES of gospel impact.
