Mary went to Elizabeth's house first. Before the shepherds, before the wise men, before anyone else believed her — she found the one woman who would understand, and stayed three months. Some things you can only walk through with someone who has been there.
The women of New Life gather for Bible study, honest prayer, and the kind of friendship that outlasts a season. Newly married, thirty years in, raising toddlers, raising nobody, brand new to Bonita or here your whole life — the door is the same width for all of it.
It is not only Bible study, either. The group gets out of the building: an early morning at the Naples Zoo in October is next on the calendar.
The Rooted class meets Sunday mornings at 9:45 in Classroom B, and the ladies gather again Mondays and Fridays at 9:30 AM in Classroom B.
Other studies start through the year rather than running continuously — ask us and we will tell you what is next and when.
What a first visit looks like
- Coffee. Obviously.
- Come alone — you will not leave alone.
- No one will ask you to volunteer for anything on your first visit.
- Bring the season you are actually in, not the one you think you should be in.
Come once. That's the whole ask.
Show up and ask anyone wearing a name tag — we'll walk you to the right room ourselves. Or send a note first and we'll have someone watching for you.
