Men's Ministry
About this group
Most men will tell you they are fine. Proverbs 27:17 says iron sharpens iron, which is a way of saying that nobody gets sharper alone — and that the sharpening involves some friction.
The men of New Life gather around the Word and around honest conversation about what following Christ actually looks like this week: at work, at home, with your kids, with your temper, with your phone. Nobody is performing, because everyone in the room already knows better.
If "small group" is a phrase that makes you want to stay home, start with the breakfast. Bring a friend and say nothing the whole time if you want. It counts.
The men meet every second and fourth Tuesday — call the church office at (239) 992-2952 for more information.
What a first visit looks like
- Yes, there's bacon.
- No one is going to make you pray out loud.
- You will not be asked to share anything you did not choose to share.
- Come once and decide after. Nobody will chase you.
Come once. That's the whole ask.
Show up and ask anyone wearing a name tag — we'll walk you to the right room ourselves. Or send a note first and we'll have someone watching for you.
